To qualify for Free Ground Shipping, a case (except the "Create Your Own") must be purchased as a single-flavor case unit, rather than as single bottles of case quantity.

What if I do not order cases?
Single bottle shipping charges are computed by the distance shipped and total weight of the order. The orders are shipped from Largo, Florida. Bottles can be heavy, so we suggest trying to qualify for free “case” shipping if you can. However, we do not “mark up” the shipping charges. You pay what we pay. We ship UPS exclusively.

What if I need my order right away?
If you need your MONIN® product in a hurry, we do offer UPS Next Day and 2-Day Service. Next Day and 2 Day Service charges are computed by distance from our shipping warehouse (Largo, Florida) to your location
(Zip code), and on the total weight of the order.

How soon will you ship my order?
Ground orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Next Day and 2-Day expedited orders received and processed before 3pm EST during business hours
(8:30 – 5:00pm Monday through Friday) excluding holidays
will ship that same day. Next Day and 2-day expedited orders received Saturday or Sunday, or during a holiday will be shipped out the next business day.

We ship exclusively with UPS (United Parcel Service)
MONIN®store.com does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
You must have a physical street address to qualify for shipping.
